You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Huttoft Parish Council, which will be held on Thursday, 18th March 2021 commencing at 7 pm, via Zoom
Due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 and in order to limit the risk to elected members & members of the public there will be no formal face-to-face PC Meeting.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.00-7.15 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public who wish to attend the Video Conference are to email Parish Clerk on huttoftparishcouncilhpc@hotmail.com by 3 pm on Monday, 15th March 2021 with their request & they will be forwarded to Zoom link
