You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Huttoft Parish Council which will be held in the Huttoft Village Hall on Monday 9th March 2026 commencing at 7pm.
There will be a 15 minutes public forum between 7.00 - 7.15pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1. Chair’s Opening Remarks
2. Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
3. Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes)
4. To receive any Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests
5. To approve as correct the minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 12 January and extraordinary meeting of 9 February and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes
6. To receive any updates on outstanding matters and correspondence not itemised on the agenda
7. Financial Matters:
a. To approve payments for due
b. To approve the Finance Monitoring Reports & Bank Reconciliation as at 28 February 2026 and authorise the Treasurer to sign the report
c. ELDC Councillors Community Grant - To note the purchase of audio-visual equipment, approved at the extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council on 9 February 2026
8. Planning Matters:
a. 00086/26/FUL - WOODBINE COTTAGE FARM, SUTTON ROAD, SUTTON ON SEA – Erection of an agricultural livestock building – awaiting comments
9. To approve the appointment of the “handyperson” to Huttoft Parish Council on a self-employed basis with effect from 1 April 2026 for a period of 12 months with an option to reappoint for a further 12 months subject to performance
10. To approve Parish Council meeting dates for the municipal year 2026/27
11. To receive reports from Representatives of Outside Bodies:

a. To approve the “authority to proceed” with the planned Huttoft Playing Field Improvement Works based on the quote from EKM Limited
