You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Huttoft Parish Council which will be held in the Huttoft Village Hall on Monday 7th September 2026 commencing at 7pm.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.00 - 7.15pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1. Chair’s Opening Remarks
2. Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
3. Public Participation (maximum 15 minutes)
4. To receive any Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests
5. To approve as correct the minutes of the Parish Council meeting of 6 July 2026 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes
6. To receive any updates on outstanding matters and correspondence not itemised on the agenda
7. Financial Matters:
a. To approve payments due
b. To approve the Finance Monitoring Reports & Bank Reconciliation as at 31 August 2026 and authorise the Treasurer to sign the report
c. To note the sign-off of the Annual Governance & Accounting Return (AGAR) 2025/26 Limited Assurance Review by External Audit on 16 July 2026
8. To discuss and agree the response to a request from Hensell Goat Rescue to support their application for 2 official brown tourism signs
9. To receive reports from Representatives of Outside Bodies:

c. Friends of St Margarets Church
