A MEETING OF HUTTOFT PARISH COUNCIL WAS HELD ON THURSDAY 7 JANUARY 2021 VIA ‘ZOOM’ DUE TO COVID 19
PRESENT: Cllrs. N Sylvester (Chairman), C Meaker, P Lapczuk, D Price, R Briggs, R Ward, R Walker, G Marsh (ELDC), C Matthews (LCC)
4332. APOLOGIES
Apologies were received from Cllrs. Broughton & S Devereux (ELDC) & accepted.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No public forum as no one had requested to join the meeting.
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllr. Price declared an interest in Agenda – Item 8
4333. MINUTES
Proposed, Seconded & Resolved that the minutes of 19th November & 3rd December 2020, having been circulated and read, were approved & signed by the Chairman.
4334. TO RECEIVE REPORTS FROM OUTSIDE BODIES
Cllr. Marsh reported that a proposed list (not a complete one) of areas had been published where Covid 19 vaccinations would be taking place down the East Coast.
Cllr. Matthews reported that LCC were still providing core services in Lincolnshire. Also, information would be sent to PC about future action to be taken regarding car parking along the coastline.
4335. CORRESPONDENCE
LCC – sand clearance at Sandilands to Huttoft Car Terrace had been completed in December 2020. Next clearance before Easter 2021.
RWE – request to recruit residents to local panel for grant making process.
4336. PRECEPT 2021/22
Proposed, Seconded & Resolved that the Precept 2021/22 be set at £6673. All in favour.
4337. FINANCIAL MATTERS
Account Paid between meeting – Clerk’s Course 27.00
Received Wayleave payment - 73.05
Proposed, Seconded & Resolved that a donation of £50 be made to a charity on behalf of P Langford for work setting up new LCC Parish website for free. LALC to raise invoice.
4338. PLANNING MATTERS
Cllr Price left the meeting
N/089/02080/20 The Dormers, Mumby Rd, Huttoft – FPP granted 534
N/089/02254/20 16 Church Lane, Huttoft – to erect conservatory. Supported.
Cllr. Price rejoined the meeting
N/089/02089/20 Meadow View, Sea Lane, Huttoft
Redevelopment, change of use of Land to form extension to existing caravan park to provide 32 caravans.
P Cllrs. objected to the current plans
4339. ANY OTHER MATTERS (for discussion only)
Clerk informed PC that dog fouling posters had been displayed around village.
Clerk to send letter to Viking Link regarding the amount of mud on A52 between Crawcroft Lane and Sutton on Sea as this was a hazard to motorists.
Old railway line from Mablethorpe/Sutton on Sea to Huttoft upgrade from footpath to bridleway – future discussions to be held.
